It requires great deal of self-discipline and commitment. In order to enhance my strength and gain the most benefits from my workouts I am taking additional nutrition. I have tried a lot of different workout supplements over the years and nothing has given me as much energy and focus as Military Grade Nutritionals have. In my opinion, their pre-workouts are the most effective supplements.Kimnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8886609594320917604.post-74176385811798967232013-04-09T08:59:04.391-06:002013-04-09T08:59:04.391-06:00Awesome post, Paige! I especially love this part, "The girl who worked hard, pressed on, and earned these medals, is the same girls that for weeks on end when asked to run to the stop sign at the end of the parking lot, would argue with me and tell me she couldn't. That is determination!"

I've been running and although I've never run a race, ever, I'm determined to run a 5K this year.

Also, regarding your issues with running, there's probably something in your past that is connected with this. I've dealt with a lot of things from my past and part of that was learning HOW to know what was in my past. Let me know if you want to learn more!

Now I'm off to my kickboxing class. :)
-RachelRachelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14292724684544079120noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8886609594320917604.post-58557905845945514452013-04-08T15:37:50.741-06:002013-04-08T15:37:50.741-06:00I hate running while running. What there is is the love to be phsically fit, healthy and disicpline. To be an athlete, in what ever physical event takes work. Kind of like learning. To grow mentally takes effort and challenging yourself. If you want to be smarter or wiser takes exercising the mind. We are all not runners and some like me nust don't give up "I'll be a runner if it kills me." Do what you enjoy and don't stop till it becomes a habit. Proud of your continual passion to be fit and healthy. Can you imagine to roll model you are to your children and others? I'm inspired to hear about how you lost 133 pounds and are on your third half marathon. I've been overweight my whole life (now morbidly obese). One year in high-school I was tired of being winded at basketball practice so I started running the following summer to prepare for the next bb season. It was the best I have ever felt and a feeling that has been lost to me for decades. I think I would like to run, if I could. I hope my knees haven't been too abused over the years and once I lose the weight I am able to pick up running again.

Congratulations on your weight loss and your running thus far. Good luck with your next race.Losing The Rollshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16964981216899599058noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8886609594320917604.post-35713144725104439942013-04-08T07:26:30.974-06:002013-04-08T07:26:30.974-06:00Awesome someone with perspective that's real! ...Awesome someone with perspective that's real! I have the same issues with running sometimes. I'm a year round runner and last month it was like pulling teeth to get a good run in. I would go and feel breathless and hate the feeling. My head was saying you suck you can't do this, etc. Yesterday I reclaimed my love of running and knocked out 14 miles. Granted there was sone walking in there but I don't care it felt great. Im glad you had a good end to your run. Nickihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03710548133579480077noreply@blogger.com
