Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Shake!

I've been perfecting this one for a while now and finally seem to have the right combination, and it's ohhhh SO good! (Like ordering a shake at a hamburger shop!)

What you will need:
1/2  banana (approximately 50 calories as a medium banana is around 100)
1 Cup Chocolate Soy Slender (70 calories)
1 Tablespoon all natural peanut butter (100 calories)
1/2 scoop either vanilla or chocolate protein powder (65 calories)
1-1/2 cups crushed ice (o calories!)
Total = 285 calories.
         Add everything to your blender and blend well.

 It's that simple! Not to mention a great after workout treat. So, if you're a peanut butter chocolate fan, I guarantee this will be a pallet pleaser. Enjoy!

  1. This is one of my favorite shakes!! Have you tried PB2 before? It is a powdered peanut butter and for 1 tablespoon, it is 1/4 the calories of even the all natural peanut butter.

  4. I am a huge fan of anything involving chocolate and peanut butter! I also use PB2 in place of peanut butter, I love the stuff and buy it (literally) by the case. I've never tried protein powder, the choices seem pretty dizzying- is the Muscle Milk one you used a favorite of yours?

  6. yum! I wanted to pass on a tip, if you have bananas close to too ripe, cut them into pieces and freeze. Then you'll need less ice, and get a richer flavor in your drink. You can also throw in a handfull of fresh spinach and not notice the taste at all. (I use about a cup)
